| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to signigicant deficiencies (SD) DETAILS: Jason Called to update me on the status of SD corrections. He said he was sending the ordinance and paperwork for the certified operator up to the state. He was having the backflow device tested at the end of this month. He said he wasnt done with the O and M manual or ERP but that he would call me when they were completed and I would meet him on site to review those documents once they were completed.
