Details:	SUMMARY: PNC resolution DETAILS: System has had all violations from 2010-2012 returned to compliance (RTC) and is now in full compliance. Administrative order has been lifted. Local public health spent a great deal of time working with system as well as providing support to state staff in the AO process. In speaking with tom Mitchell in March 2013. Local health can bill for resolution of PNC. ACTION NEEDED: none
