Details: Sent Jason an email. Needs to continue to investigate the problem and recommend reshock the system. Also he is required to sample monthly (three temp routine samples). We will be scheduling a level 2 investigation.

They were not supposed to do the test till next week....we are waiting on a part for the filtration system that is suppose to be here in the next two days and I had told the people doing the test that but they did it any ways...anyways we diagnosed the problem and will be fixed this week.
