| Details: | I spoke with Karl about getting me the Level 2 investigation form. There was no need to do a field visit since we just did one prior to this investigation. Karl is having Cascade Water System Engineering design a UV system to take care of the seasonal coliform issues with the springs. Will scan and send a copy of the investigation to the Drinking Water staff after receiving it. | ||
