| Details: | SUMMARY: Facility is seasonal DETAILS: System had been accruing violations during the winter time for not turning in water samples, however systems operating period in May 1-Nov 1. I had the operating period updated for state website and the violations were taken off by Chuck Michael. Einar said he would be taking a sample from this system in the next two weeks when it gets up and running and will take it to the lab in Eugene ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
