| Details: | I emailed Ms. Carson and discussed the status of the deficiency for wellhead not protected from flooding. At this time, the ability to raise the wellhead is not feasible for the owner. She understands further issues with water quality such as coliforms may warrant the immediate correction of this deficiency. The due date for wellhead not protected from flooding will be set back to 12/31/21. |
