| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed new water system requirements DETAILS: I called John regarding reports that the Ni-Lah-Sha water system has existed as an unregulated water system for several years. The system purchases water from the Redmond Water Dept. and was thought to be annexed as part of the City but that isnt the case. John explained that the HOA intends on complying with the regulations and I summarized plan review, sampling, cross connection, and operational requirements. We agreed that DWS will issue a letter outlining all of the water systems requirements as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: Draft and mail letter to the HOA | ||
