| Details: | SUMMARY: System survey follow up DETAILS: System had the casing on the well raised to be above the flood line of the vault. The vault was found to not have a drain. The chlorine feed tube has been relocated and sample tap has been installed to allow for raw water sampling. The system is also sampling for chlorine residual. This corrects all deficiencies from 4/1/11 survey ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
