| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: A temporary routines sample 1/29/13 positive. I spoke with Michelle 541-324-2222, today and she explained that per Jim Grangers instructions whe only brought one temp routin in Also Granger is in the process of installing a new pressure tank, storage tank and supply line. I advised her that she was required to have submitted a triggered source sample along with three repeats by 1/30/13 but that since the installation is still in process she may as well wait until it is done before collecting those samples. I also reminded her that five temporaty routines are due by the end of the month. Jim Granger called and said there is still chlorine in the system and given the low demand on the system he thought it may be a week before chlorine is at zero This means that triggered and repeat samples webs be collected and the system will get a violation. -2/8/13 I spoke with Michelle about collecting five temp routines after the chlorine residual returns to zero.
