| Details: | I contacted an employee of the Dollar General Store in the field on 12/10/2020 and gave them the paperwork to complete a Level 1 Coliform Investigation Form. I told the staff person to have the manager of the location, Kelly Swann, contact me with instructions for completing the form. She completed the form and took a screen shot of both pages and sent them to me via text message on 12/12/2020. Sean Allison with Rogue Valley Pump Service contacted me on 12/14/2020 to discuss the Level 1 Investigation Form as his company is who undertakes the water sampling at the firm. I discussed the sampling regimen used with Mr. Allison and it sounded like it was in compliance. He did mention the drought the area has been under and that there seemed to have been more TC positive samples over the summer for the water systems his company does testing for. I did not note any problems with the Level 1 Investigation and the water system will continue to be monitored through routine testing. |
