Details: SUMMARY: System survey follow up DETAILS: System lacked a proper screened vent, current nitrate sample and CCR at the time of the survey. The system has installed a properly screened vent. They sampled for nitrate on 11/6/12 and system is current with its CCR. This corrects all deficiencies from the 9/27/12 survey ACTION NEEDED: none
