| Details: | SUMMARY: Priority Non Complier (PNC)resolution DETAILS: System had a score of 11. The violations were from missing nitrate samples for the past two years. On 8/9/12 I stopped by and spoke with owner about the missing 2011 nitrate sample. I reminded the operator at the time lf the 12/17/12 survey. I contacted the operator 3/11/13 to let him know that the state hadnt received a nitrate sample for 2012. I let him know that they were a PNC and the sample would be needed right away. He said that a sample would be pulled the next day. The system pulled a sample on 3/12/13 and reported to the state on 3/18/13. Both violations were RTCd on 3/18/13.
