Details: SUMMARY: Investigation of violation DETAILS: I contacted the school principal & asked for them to take a 2nd quarter coliform sample asap. She said that Steve would be out to sample. I let her know that a 1st quarter coliform sample was not submitted to DWS. She said that it was likely missed. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & follow up as needed.
