Details: SUMMARY: investigation of Violation #901747026 DETAILS: I contacted the operator & left a message for them to take a quarterly arsenic sample asap. I let him know that a 1st quarter arsenic sample was not submitted to DWS. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & follow up as needed.
