Details: SUMMARY: Sanitary survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Survey done 2/28/13 and had two deficiencies. Sanitary seal and casing not watertight. Star Water inspected the well head and repaired the leak on 3/7/13. Well does not meet setbacks from hazards. All chemicals were removed from the well room and any chemicals in the adjacent reservoir room were placed in secondary containment. ACTION NEEDED: These deficiencies have been corrected.
