| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up DETAILS: I stopped by the facility for a follow up from the 8/16/12 survey. The system had gasoline stored in the well house. The system has relocated the storage of fuel to another building. This corrects all of the significant deficiencies from the survey. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
