| Details: | SUMMARY: GUIDI MPA analysis DETAILS: After receiving an email from Carrie Gentry wondering if system completed their GUIDI study - Microscopic Particulate Analysis, I called the operator to check the status. Steve Albin stated they have not completed the study. I discussed options such as drilling a new well if they did not want to pursue corrective solutions to their well issues. He said the board was seriously considering a new well. I gave him a contact phone number of HBH Consulting Engineers. I also referred him to OAWU to access the circuit rider which I believe is HBH. I recommended he have a well driller on site when the circuit rider is there to finish the MCA study to determine site suitability of a new well. ACTION NEEDED: Complete MPA study to determine best corrective action. | ||
