| Details: | SUMMARY: SD follow ups from 4/3/13 survey DETAILS: Coliform sampling plan is complete. Emergency Response Plan (ERP) is filled out and posted around the park. Operation and Maintenance Manual (O&M) is complete There is now a screen on the overflow pipe. The access hatch is now water tight. Their well head now has bolts making it water tight. ACTION NEEDED: They are in the process of doing a plan review for the 1995 well and will start the patch work on the cistern as the weather gets better. | ||
