| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation return to compliance DETAILS: Stan called me to inquire about the violation notice he received. I spoke with Water lab and Carrie Gentry about the violation. The violation is the result of non reporting of a source water assessment sample during the monitoring period of Feb 2013. A source water assessment sample was drawn on April a.
