| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation for 10/08/12 DBP MCL violation removed and schedule returned to annual DETAILS: The DBP MCL violation resulting from THHM and HAA5 sampling conducted on 11/08/10 was removed and the sampling schedule returned to annual beginning 01/01/13. Sampling conducted prior to 02/13 is no longer considered representative because a membrane treatment plant was brought online in 02/13. Subsequent DBP sampling on 04/03/13 at 571 Boulder Creek Rd indicated TTHM and HAA5 levels were below the MCL at that time. Future sampling will be conducted at the farthest extent of the distribution, 610 New Bridge. ACTION NEEDED: Collect a DBP sample set between 06/01/13 and 09/30/13 at 610 New Bridge. | ||
