No Emergency Response Plan of Operation and Maintenance Manual. Operator provided me with complete copies of both of these documents on May 3, 2013. Annual raw sampling was not up to date. System sampled on march 11, 2013 ACTION NEEDED: All deficiencies have been corrected | ||
