| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed nitrate problem and violations DETAILS: Called Ray for nitrate status report. They are sending a letter today addressing the issues. They will be connecting to Chemult Motel. They will not be drilling a new well. Buck McBride will be seeking approval from David Steiner at ODOT to drill under Hwy 97 to connect with the motel system. I reminded them the connection had to be approved by the state, Ray would let Buck know the plans he is drawing up would need to go through plan review. The restaurant is currently using bottled water in their facility. ACTION NEEDED: Provide plan review of connection to PWS 94023 | ||
