| Details: | SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The City owns and operates a water treatment plant and distribution system that serves a population of approximately 1,030 people through 413 connections. Water is treated from Dexter Lake (a manmade reservoir of the Willamette River).Recent improvements to the treatment plant, specifically the addition of baffles in their clearwell, should have increased their contact time. Willy contacted HBH to assist him with a new tracer study to verify the new contact time.Visited the treatment plant and met with staff to determine a proper testing procedure. Drafted a memo outlining the testing procedure for review by DWS. ACTION NEEDED: Perform tracer study. | ||
