| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussion of violations DETAILS: Call from John with questions regarding the violation notice that he received. Points all were related to lack of nitrate sample taken from well #7. Well #7 was disconnected from the system in 2006 when the property on which the well lies was sold. John is also the new contact person for the water system. Also discussed sanitary survey that is to be completed in 2013.
