| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies(SNC) from survey have been corrected DETAILS: SNC from 8/21/12 survey have been corrected. I have reviewed the Operation Manual and Emergency Response Plan, both are acceptable. The well vent well #1 is screened, chlorine residual is recorded twice weekly, DPD test kit is available and in use, NSF approved sodium hypo chlorite is in use, raw water sampling is up to date, all of the distribution system passes through the treatment system as evidenced by a chlorine residual, steel storage tank vent and concrete storage tank hatches are locked.
