| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Contact was made by phone with Jeff Kenagy 3/11/13 about the high nitrate results (10.4ppm) from 3/1/13. Mr. Kenagy stated they have called the treatment (ion exchange) installer to do maintenance on the system since it may not be functioning properly. They will then resample to make sure it is working properly and continue to take quarterly tests. Since the treatment was installed 9 nitrate tests have been taken with a high of 4.4ppm ACTION NEEDED: Nitrate tests quarterly for 4 quarters. | ||
