Bob said he is attempting to obtain a loan to be able to afford to connect to the City of Ontario system. I advised Bob that no treatment units should be installed, even as an interim measure, that have not had plans stamped by a licensed engineer, submitted for DWS review, and approved. ACTION NEEDED: System to comply with Administrative Order. | ||
