Details: SUMMARY: Positive repeat DETAILS: Richard said the one or more of the repeats came back positive. He didnt have the lab report yet no alert . I sent him the public notice template to post. He said he was going to pull the handle, shock the well and then take a special sample. I also reminded him to take 5 temp routines next month. ACTION NEEDED: none
