| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform monitoring violation DETAILS: Jackie and Mike contacted out office via phone and email during this week. They were confused by the violation post card they received from the state. Their violation occurred because they tested for coliform too late, 4/2/13 They missed their first quarter sample. We explained the violation via phone and via email. They requested the violation be removed from record. We stated that it would be removed once they returned to a normal sampling schedule. See file for more info ACTION NEEDED: The 4/2/13 sample will be counted for the 2nd quarter sampling period. They need to return to regular quarterly sampling to return to compliance | ||
