| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies(SD) follow up from 4/3/13 survey DETAILS: SD have been completed. Coliform sampling plan, Emergency Response Plan, Operation and Maintenance manual, specs on the new pump and a park diagram. Screen is on the overflow pipe. The access hatch is now water tight. Well head now has bolts making it water tight. ACTION NEEDED: They are in the process of doing a plan review for the 1995 well and will start the patch work on the cistern as the weather gets better. | ||
