| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: One triggered and three repeat samples collected on 4/2/13 positive for coliform. I spoke with Brian Horn today and he will confer with the owner about whether or not to batch chlorinated the system and about who well do it. We discussed that five temporary routines are due in may. I emailed him the tier 2 public notice template. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice needs to e issued and five temp routines need to be collected in May | ||
