| Details: | SUMMARY: Priority non-complier (PNC) DETAILS: 5/2/13 HR Co Health requested the state pursue formal enforcement of persistent non-compliance issues. The letter was sent via email that day and via regular mail as well. The operator received a copy and replied with an email on 5/3/13 stating they were pursuing structural repairs of the spring. Co Health replied via email stating they needed to submit plans prior to making additional alteration to the spring source. ACTION NEEDED: Operator needs to improve communication channels between themselves and Co Health as well as with the state. Also, needs to comply with the pending enforcement order when it is published. | ||
