I gave his sampling instructions that he took on 2/25/13. @/27/13 I was notified by email that all of repeat samples taken came back clean from Alexin Labs. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up in March to make sure Mr. Dice has taken all 5 required repeat samples including 1 surface water sample. | ||
