| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke with James regarding the positive routine sample. We discussed where to take the repeat samples and a triggered source sample. We also discussed the need to take 5 temporary routine distribution samples in June. This system has a good record of no coliform detections. We discussed where he was taking the samples and discovered that one sample was from a bathroom sink where the aerator was not removed. We discussed removing the aerator, disinfecting the faucet and flushing for five minutes before samples are taken. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of repeat samples. | ||
