| Details: | SUMMARY: Priority non compliance follow up DETAILS: Conducted a site visit on Jan4, 2013 to help system problem solve and ongoing coliform MCL issue. The system had 22 points in violation due to coliform issues. I discussed formal enforcement with Brad Daniels in the weeks previous. He requested the system submitted a second quarter sample early in the quarter. The system submitted a routine sample on April 22, 2013. The results were no detect. The non detection allowed the 22 points to auto return to compliance. System now has a score of 0. The system was surveyed on April 24, 2013. No significant deficiencies were noted. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor future bacterial results and systems score. | ||
