| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ on SWA DETAILS: TC+ for annual source water assessment came back positive. I called and talked with Antionette and informed her that she did not need to take additional followup samples because this was a non-alert, however, I did request she send in her residual monitoring records. She stated that she keeps the residual at 5ppm. I informed her that was over the 4ppm for safe drinking water and over 10 times the recommended threshold for residual maintenance. I told her to take the residual chlorine level to between 0.2-0.5. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for the fax to come in for residual monitoring results. | ||
