Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: A routine sample collected on 3/28/13 positive. Spoke with Colette and she informed me that a triggered and three distribution repeats have been collected. I advised her that four distribution repeats are due along with five temporary routines in April. ACTION NEEDED: A total of 4 distribution repeat samples are required as are five temporary routines./
