| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform DETAILS: 5/7/13 A routine sample collected today was positive. I spoke with Dan this morning and he informed me that he has collected repeat samples and a triggered sample form well #1 but that well #2 was off line. I emailed the state and informed them that a triggered sample from well #2 will not be forthcoming. Dan is aware that five temp routines are due in June. ACTION NEEDED: A triggered source sample from well #1 and three repeat samples from the distribution system. Five temp routines are due in June. | ||
