Details: SUMMARY: Discussed Survey significant deficiencies and violations DETAILS: Explained to Sandra the requirements for lead and copper to be taken during the Jun-Sept time frame, sample results are required to be reported to DWP by the 10th of the month following the sampling period, and the form for the public notices that are required is on the web site. If she has questions, to sent drafts of PN to me for review. ACTION NEEDED: Sample for PbCu, VOC, SOC, and submit results to DWP.Provide public notices as required.
