| Details: | Amanda is the book keeper for the water system. I reached out to her in an effort to reach operator Phillip Good. Amanda had spoken to him on 12/30/20, when he informed her that a new chlorinator was on order and should be onsite approx. 1/20/21. I asked Amanda to please relay a message if she hears from Phillip; the Circuit Rider engineer is trying to reach him and can assist. Two more customers have called Clatsop EH to complain of ongoing boil notice, concerns of water safety, and inability to use water while still paying for it.
