| Details: | SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The Tri-City Joint Water & Sanitary Authority owns & operates a water treatment plant (WTP) & distribution system that serves a population of approximately 3,500 people through 1,500 connections. Water is treated from the North Umpqua River. Recent mechanical changes to the WTP allow it to operate at its full capacity (although it has not done so to date). Additionally, cleearwell baffling was installed to increase contact time. Paul Wilborn with the CWS contacted the HBH to provide assistance with performing a CT Tracer Study. ACTION NEEDED: Finalize report and recommendations. | ||
