| Details: | SUMMARY: MPA Sampling DETAILS: Jackson Creek Water Association serves 17 connections with approximately 45 people. The system is composed of a well that feeds into a 200,000 gallon steel reservoir. From here the water feeds to the booster pumps that pressurize a bladder tank. Chlorination is added after the bladder tank for iron removal. The CWS has received notification that the well source must undergo Microparticulate Analysis (MPA) Testing to determine the degree of surface water influence, if any. The HBH was contacted to provide assistance with this testing. Met with Ms. Newcomb at well site to physically inspect connection point & further review testing procedure & needs with CWS. ACTION NEEDED: Complete testing regime as required by the OHA-DWS. | ||
