| Details: | SUMMARY: Corrossion Control/Aeration Investigation DETAILS: The Lakeshore Mobile Estates owns & operates a ground water system that provides water to approximately 75 people thorugh 43 connections. The HBH was originally contacted by the water system to provide assistance with Copper Level Exceedence & associated corrosion control. As a result of this contact, the system installed a caustic soda corrosion control system. The HBH was subsequently contacted by Jay MacPherson of the DWS with the request that aeration be further considered. Discussed aeration option with Jay MacPherson & Jim Foster. Reviewed previous analysis report & other information regarding use of aeration for corrosion control. ACTION NEEDED: Perform aeration jar testing at the well site to further investigate viability of aeration in lieu of caustic addition. | ||
