| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: No temporary routines in October following Sept. positive coliform. System close for season and could not take samples following month, October. Discussed with Mat in October and decided that routine sample at start up would return to compliance if absent. 4/19/13 sample absent. Discussed with Chuck and ok to return to compliance. System takes monthly routines even though only quarterly required. ACTION NEEDED: Continued on time sampling and reporting. | ||
