| Details: | SUMMARY: Two of four coliform positive DETAILS: I spoke to James regarding the repeat samples taken. Two of five temporary routine samples returned positive for coliform. The two positive samples created an MCL violation and would not have required that repeat samples be taken. I was out of the office when this occurred. I did not get to talk to James prior to him taking the repeat samples. The system is due to be shock chlorinated. We discussed taking a special sample to see if it corrected the issue. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for public notice to be submitted | ||
