| Details: | SUMMARY: Informal Enforcement Follow up DETAILS: The system had until June 10th 2013 to comply with the informal enforcement letter sent certified mail March 20, 2013. The system has satisfied all requirements of water samples, has completed the ERP, coliform sampling plan, M &O Manual and has a DRC trained at the appropiate level. The last item is the drilling of a new well so the unapproved well can be disconnected from the system. ACTION NEEDED: install new well | ||
