| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Met with George on 6/3 at park to review survey deficiency items. A DPD test kit has been purchased and is now being utilized as well the system is recording the chlorine residuals 2x week and is documenting this on a data log sheet as well. Finally an AS sample has been taken and all monitoring has been brought current. All deficiency items have been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
