| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Met with Jeff at the church on 5/10/13 to review his operations manual (O&M) and updated emergency response plan. The system now has in place an O&M and has completed the updates on the current ERP template. Both meet the minimum standards required by the state for these two documents. These were the two deficiency items identified during the sanitary survey and have now both been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
