| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to a Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I called Judy Bedsole on 6/21/13 to inform her of the positive coliform results. I informed her that the Fish Mill Lodge would need to submit 4 more tests withn 24-48 hours: -1 at the well -1 upstream-1 downstream-1 at the source of the positive (cabin # 12 rr sink)I also informed her that the lodge would need to take 5 temporary routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: -4 repeats within 24-48 hours-5 repeats next month | ||
