Assistance Type: WATER QUALITY ALERT RESPONSE
Reasons: Lead or Copper

Details: USFS Tiller Ranger Station recently had a lead and copper excursion in November 2020. This means that the pH that is recorded daily was below the minimum set of 7.4. This minimum is set for the system to reduce the amount of lead and copper leeched into the drinking water. The system believes the reason for the excursion was the new operator did not wait for pH probe to stabilize when taking the reading. There have been no other excursions so far.
